Development Director of Educational Foundation
Kappa Delta Pi, International Honor Society in Education, is seeking an experienced professional to develop and oversee the operations, fund-raising, and special programs of its Educational Foundation. This individual will be responsible for all fund-raising activities, work closely with the Foundation board to set policy and direction, interact with collegiate chapters to identify and train volunteers, coordinate several scholarship and grant programs, develop direct public donor outreach activities, and increase the awareness of the Foundation and its activities both within and outside of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful fund-raising and development skills; be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and work well with diverse populations. A bachelor’s degree with a certificate in fund-raising or the CFRE credential is required.
