Welcome to Kappa Delta Pi’s e-Chapter, the virtual community where educators from across the globe come together. I’m glad that you are choosing to link to KDP colleagues and continued learning through this e-Chapter environment.

For members who joined KDP at the professional level and those no longer involved in institutional chapters, the e-Chapter is a next step in staying connected to KDP’s dynamic educational community. It’s also easy and convenient. You join the meetings that are right for you.

And, if this virtual connection seems a bit impersonal, just know that I am here to help everyone bridge the initial gap. Once we recognize one another from email addresses and discussion board one-liners, our bonds of professional fellowship will grow.

Whether you work directly with college and university students, K–12 students, or other educators, you have a home here within the KDP community. Through e-Chapter, you have the additional luxury of participating where you are, as you are—at your computer desk or from the comfort of your easy chair, dressed in business suit or pajamas.

It doesn’t matter, because learning from and supporting one another as we each affect the lives of our students is what counts. So see what’s offered on our very own page, and be sure to let me know when you think of something else we can add.
