that is published quarterly to provide thought-provoking, challenging
essays, research reports, and featured works designed to stimulate
dialogue in education on a worldwide scale.

The Educational Forum appears in January, April, July, and October
and has an acceptance rate of 25-30% (based on 2007 data).
