CHADD Audience: All CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) presents science and evidence-based information about AD/HD to parents, educators, the media, and the general public. CLD International Audience: All The Council for Learning Disabilities is an international organization that promotes effective teaching and research. Teachers can find news, CLD publications (some content is open access), and information about upcoming conferences. Council for Exceptional Children Audience: All CEC provides updates on special education laws and issues, upcoming conferences, and discussion forums. GreatSchools Special Education guide for parents Audience: All GreatSchools is geared toward parents of children with learning disabilities, but contains information helpful to anyone who works with these students. Model Transition Program Audience: PreK-12 This site provides easy-to-use, adaptable resources, as well as connections to programs and agencies, for special education teachers responsible for transition planning. Its research and programs aim to foster effective learning and help students with learning disabilities succeed. NICHCY Audience: All The National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities (NICHCY) provides information about disabilities in children, IDEA and NCLB law, and research-based educational practices.
